خَيْرُكُمْ مَنْ تَعَلَّمَ الْقُرْآنَ وَعَلَّمَهُ
"The best among you are those who learn the Quran and teach it." (Al-Bukhari)
The Challenge: Memorize 1 verse per week for 4 weeks, or 4 verses in 1 month. Choose verses that resonate with you—not necessarily in order.
5-Step Method:
1. Listen to the verse 10× with a reciter (Sheikh Mishary Rashid recommended)
2. Read the English translation to grasp the meaning
3. Repeat 20× aloud on day 1
4. Review 5× in the morning and 5× in the evening for the next 3 days
5. Test yourself on Friday without any aids
Suggestions: Ayat al-Kursi (2:255), Al-Baqara 2:286, Al-Inshirah 94:5-8, or finish a short Surah you already know.
