Return and Refund Policy

We want every purchase to be a source of satisfaction and barakah. This page clearly explains your rights and the limits imposed by the nature of our products.

Digital products (PDFs, guides, planners)

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, digital products whose content was supplied immediately after payment — with your prior express agreement — are non-refundable.

In practice, this means that as soon as you have accessed your file or clicked the download link, the sale is final. This rule is not a way of protecting you less: it is the European law that applies to all dematerialized products (music, e-books, software, PDFs).

In case of a technical issue before any access to your file (broken link, email not received, download impossible), contact us at surlestracesdesmessagers@gmail.com. We will resend the link within 24 hours, no questions asked.

Physical products (print on demand)

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of the receipt date, only in the following cases: defective product or product not matching the order placed. A photo of the defect is required before any return authorization. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the defect is clearly a manufacturing fault.

Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days after receipt and validation of the return.

Agence Iqra services

A 30% deposit is required upon validation of the quote. This deposit is non-refundable once design work has begun. The balance is refundable only if delivery was not made within the deadline agreed in writing.
