Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions of sale govern all transactions made on the Murmures d'Iqra shop, accessible at murmuresdiqra.com, published in France.

1. Seller identification

2. Products and services

The shop offers three types of products: digital products (downloadable PDFs), physical print-on-demand products (printed via certified partners), and graphic design and personalization services (Agence Iqra).

Halal clause: no product sold on this shop contains, references, or promotes content prohibited under Islam (alcohol, pork, obscene or violent content). Every hadith and Quranic verse cited has been verified against its original sources.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included for customers located in the European Union. VAT applicable to digital products is calculated based on the buyer's country of residence, in accordance with European directive 2021/2097. Prices may be changed at any time without notice, but validated orders are honored at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Payment

Payments are processed exclusively via Shopify Payments and Stripe, with SSL encryption and PCI-DSS certification. We do not accept any payment method involving interest (riba). Accepted methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay.

5. Delivery of digital products

The download link is sent automatically by email within minutes of payment confirmation. The link is valid for 48 hours and limited to 3 downloads. In case of technical issues, contact us within 72 hours of purchase.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose supply has begun with your prior express consent before the withdrawal period expires. This consent is collected during the payment process.

7. Intellectual property

All content created and sold on this shop (PDFs, texts, illustrations, layout) is protected by French and international copyright law. Any reproduction, redistribution, resale or sharing without written authorization constitutes infringement subject to prosecution. The license granted to the buyer is strictly personal and non-transferable.

8. Personal data

Data collected (name, email, address) is used solely for order processing and purchase-related communication. It is never resold to third parties. You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data in accordance with GDPR. To exercise these rights: surlestracesdesmessagers@gmail.com.

9. Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the courts of Paris shall have jurisdiction.
