تَتَجَافَىٰ جُنُوبُهُمْ عَنِ الْمَضَاجِعِ
“Their sides forsake their beds…” (As-Sajda: 16)
Allah descends to the lowest heaven in the last third of the night and says: “Who invokes Me that I may respond to him?” (Al-Bukhari and Muslim)
The Challenge: Wake up 15 to 20 minutes before the Fajr adhan for 14 consecutive nights to perform at least 2 rakats of voluntary prayer, followed by dhikr and a personal supplication.
Practically: Set an alarm 20 minutes before Fajr. Perform your ablutions, pray 2 rakats (or more if you feel up to it), then continue with dhikr and du'a until the adhan. Consistency takes precedence over duration.
If you miss a night: It's not a failure. Continue the next day. Allah loves consistent actions, even if they are small.
