Orders and delivery

How do I receive my file after purchase?

As soon as your payment is validated, you automatically receive an email with a secure download link. This link is valid for 48 hours and limited to 3 downloads. If you encounter a technical issue, write to us at surlestracesdesmessagers@gmail.com and we will resend the file within 24 hours.

Are my products refundable?

Digital products are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. This policy is displayed before each purchase. In case of a technical issue before any access, we will carefully assist you.

On which devices can I read the PDFs?

All our files are high-resolution PDFs and work on computer (Mac and Windows), tablet (iPad with GoodNotes, Notability or Noteshelf, Samsung with S Pen), and smartphone. You can also print them at home or at a copy shop.

Can I print the files?

Yes, of course. Our files are optimized for A4 printing. Most also include A5 versions or A6 cards.

Products and content

What is the difference between planners and guides?

Planners (agendas, trackers) are organizational tools spanning several weeks or months. Guides are learning and understanding resources with practical exercises. Packs combine both.

Are the products available in Arabic?

The Al Mounir Agenda is available in 8 languages including Arabic. Other products are currently in French, with Quranic texts and adhkar in original Arabic with transliteration.

Are the hadiths cited authentic?

We only use hadiths whose authenticity is recognized (sahih or hasan). Every citation includes its reference (Bukhari, Muslim, Abu Dawud, etc.). If you notice an error, please let us know: your correction is a sadaqa.

Payment and security

Is payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Shopify Payments and Stripe, with SSL encryption and PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. We never store any card numbers. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Do you offer interest-free payment plans?

We only accept payment methods free of riba. Any credit service involving interest is excluded. Klarna's 3-installment plan is accepted only in its strictly fee-free version, depending on the country.
